COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our spicy Belgian Saison is brewed with rye, oats, flaked wheat, and grains of paradise making a dry and dynamic malt character. We age this beer on oak chardonnay barrels to create a marriage with the wine and a noteable oak character. A very light, sessionable barrel aged Belgian for the more complex palates. 5.8% ABV.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of white wine barrels, wild yeast, some dry citrus. Flavour is very dry, with white wine barrels, wild yeast and some funk. Medium complexity, with a dry vinous finish. Really well done.

On draft at Falling Rock. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is chardonnay, sweet malt, and wood with hints of funk. Flavor is similar with big chardonnay, nice sweet malt, smooth mouthfeel, and tart vinous fruit. Medium in body and a chardonnay-forward, sessionable, awesome Belgian.
