375ml bottle pours a hazy golden orange color with 2 finger of white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon and granny smith apple with some funky yeast notes. Taste is a lemon and apple tartness with a malty sweetness and dry yeast finish. Light to medium bodied with decent carbonation. Overall, this brew is very tart, but balanced and tasty. Recommended.

Tap at Freshcraft. Hazy gold, flat. Acidy nose, stanky grapefruit, manure, vinegar, honey. Sour flavor. Vinegar, manure, too much on the deuce flavor. Amateurish.

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange from the bottle with fluffy off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of nice mild funky notes under big amounts of lactic acidity. Taste follows with a bit of light citrus and grass. Really nicely done.
