Poured at Trinity. Pours a cloudy light yellow golden color. Has white foamy head. smells like citrus and oranges. Tastes like wheat. Very smooth to drink.
On tap at Block & Larder. Pour is hazy lemon peel with a big white head and sticky lacing. Citrusy, waxy, coriander, white pepper, lemons, basil, biscuit, yeasty, and orange peel in the aroma. Taste is white pepper, floral, honey, basil, doughy, herbs, coriander, and grass with a slightly spicy finish. Meidium body with medium carbonation. On tap at the brewery. Pale white-yellow and cloudy appearance with lacy white head. Aroma of wheat malts, citrus fruit/zest, herbs, light spices and earthy yeast. Similar flavor, crisp, smooth and refreshing. Light to medium body. Pretty nice.
