Pours a slightly hazy copper with a thin eggshell head. Malty aroma has a note of cinnamon. Flavor is mainly malty with hints of caramel and cinnamon. On tap at Trinity. Pours a ruby hued amber brown with a thin white head. Nutty toast and malt, sweet and nutty. Malt, toast, earthy but that same odd sweetness that showed up in the light lager is here as well. Long bitterness and burnt toast on the finish.
