375mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of rose petals upfront, followed by lots of brett, and fairly high acidity. Fruity, acidic and bretty on the finish. Solid but a little thin and acidic.

750 ml bottle at home. Pours golden yellow, no head.Paint-like flavour, citrus peel, yeast. Light body, soft carbonation, loads of citrus, taste is a bit bland.

umich03jm (3513) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - OCT 28, 2015
Bottle. Aroma is mostly roses with some brett, lemon zest, coriander, and belgian yeast mixed in. Taste has very little sourness or tartness. Just roses and brett on top of a belgian wit base. The spices are muted though and there’s a nice oak flavor too. Pretty solid overall.

andrewje41 (4156) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - AUG 30, 2015
375 mL waxed bottle poured. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin oily head. Sour citrus aroma. Intense floral forward foavor, with an obvious brett background. Not the sour flavor I was expecting. Almost no tart element at all, though all flavor points to good here. Very tasty, refreshing brew.
