Nez surprenant pour une Bire dAbbaye : agrumes, coriandre. Elle a un belle robe blonde et un beau col de mousse bien blanc joli contraste. En bouche elle est un peu plus faible, mais agrable. Note finale faible

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a medium to big white head and an aroma of ripe peaches, candy, syrup, caramel, coreander, dries apricots, white grapes, yeast, sweet malts and citrus hops. Taste is medium to heavy sweet with a high, pretty aggressive, carbonation and a hoppy, fruity, bitter finish. I like this far more than I expected!

Taster, draught at Monks Caf & Brewery. Clear golden body. Naked surface, fragile lacing. Sweet aroma of caramel and yeast. Spiced sweet fruity flavours, some impact of yeast, bread and brown malts. Sweet malt-fruity ending. Warming alcohol. Soft in the mouth. Way too sweet for a higher score (Stockholm 23.11.2016).

appearance: clear bright gold, huge fluffy white head lasting forever; secondary pours bring the hazy. aroma: big sweet nose of candied fruits, some mint, honey smacks, white toast. taste: very sweet, with candied orange and lemon, pineapple juice, peaches in heavy syrup; some elements of fruit stripe gum in there. finish: lingering juicy, fruity sweetness, some minty spice. notes: Bottle aged two years. Not bad. Sweet and fruity, alcohol well-hidden. Bottle from the Rare Beer Club.
