Tap at brewpub part of a flight. Pale amber pour. Nose is faint caramel and toast. Tastes lightly of earth, copper pennies, caramel, toast, maybe touch of vanilla. Pale watery body. WillRunForBeer (2652) - Massachusetts, USA - JUL 7, 2015
Another "free" beer at the Boar’s Head Bar. Pours mahoghany with a grayish off white head. Aroma is caramel, fruity esters, a hint of pine. This is sweet and malty, not enough hop to balance. BlackHaddock (7329) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - SEP 4, 2014
On tap at the casino side bar at the brewpub: $1:75 for a US pint, or free if you gamble on those bloody machines sunk into the bar. Nice looking brew, ruby red hue to the clear body, an off-white crown tried to hang around, but failed. Slightly sweet in nature, the light maltiness pushing the hop content into second place both aromatically and taste wise. Pleasant without setting the world alight, easy to drink, if a little ’fizzy’ for me. Travlr (24667) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUL 31, 2014
Draft at the source on 12/28/13. Hazy to cloudy amber color, almost flat. Aroma of butterscotch. Taste is caramel and toast. DrewFace (969) - Melbourne, Florida, USA - MAR 15, 2014
Pours a crystal clear red to dark amber color. No head. Aroma of sweet caramel malt. Very malty, sweet, no hop character at all.

Draft - Light grain and toasted malts. Clear amber with no head to speak of. Tate’s just like it smells, light malts and grains. Blairgus (4613) - California, USA - DEC 28, 2013

A tasty Vienna lager, red, good head retention, malty, some hops there, and a dry aftertaste. Tmoney99 (14460) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Draft at brewpub. Poured clear reddish amber color with an average creamy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted sweet malt and herbal aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium sweet finish that was moderate in duration. This is a solid beer for style.
