COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Triple d’Anvers is the brewery’s homage to its native Antwerp. A full-bodied triple, which is easy to drink. It is a top-fermented beer, with a blonde to light amber colour. The fruity flavour and the subtle interaction between Pale malt and Caramel malt. No spices were added. A delicious symphony of malts and Saaz hops. Slightly sweet start striking a nice balance between hop-bitter and fruitiness. A fresh sparkling beer thanks to the refermentation in the bottle.

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2017 33 cl bottle @ home. Clear golden colour, nice white head. Full, refreshing aroma, yeasty with hints of vanilla, citrus and some sweet fruits. Mild sweet and bitter taste. Vivid, sparkling body. Nice tripel.

Aromat to charakterystyczne belgijskie drożdże i przyprawowość, dalej słodkie brzoskwinie i pomarańcze. W tle delikatne akcenty piwniczne. Smak mocno zaskakuje, prócz wspomnianych wyżej drożdży, przypraw i owoców, dochodzą jeszcze nuty biszkoptowe i nieco waniliowe.

Bottle at a café at the Marnixplein in Antwerp. Little head, pale color, not a very good tripel.

Nice triple. Pale golden with a small white head and ample carbonation. Fresh citrus on the nose. Flavor of citrus, coriander, orange peel and some hops. Body is a bit thin and there is some sugar sweetness. A bit like a strong Belgian white.

Sample at the brewery. Golden color, clear, big white head, persistent.Malty aroma with sugar and honey with light grassy notes, stone spices as well.Taste is sugary, syrupy, sweet very light bitterness so it goes in similarly to a malt liquor and alone may be meaningless. But, with Farmdal cheese the match is incredible, an explosion of flavours.

A well crafted Tripel, nice hint of hops adding to the already complex flavors typical for a Tripel.

From 33cl bottle. Pours classic gold with medium evanescent foam, fine and white. Aroma is fruity but also hay and grass, nicely balanced. Body is relatively dense with good carbonation. Taste is definitely sweet, with a good bitterness for a Belgian triple. Finish is a little too sweet in my view.
