22 oz bottle. Dark brown with tan foam. Nose is caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and hazelnut with hints of mocha. Medium body with a tang. Taste is cola, cinnamon and vanilla finishing with dark roast. The hazelnut and raisin get a bit lost but still tasty.

Nörl aka adnielsen aka "cubs" sent me this garbage. It was a bomber, I chugged it in about 10 seconds or so. It smelled and tasted exactly like a Cinnabon frosted cinnamon roll. Mouthfeel was thin for such a big rew. Chugged good but tasted like shit, or at least not what I like in a beer. Not fucken bad for free.

On tap at Chickow! Day on 5/7/16. Dark brown in color with a medium tan head. Aroma of malt, creamy vanilla, light butter and tons of cinnamon. Malty flavor giving way to big cinnamon with creamy vanilla before a bready finish. Very much like a cinnamon roll and very tasty.

Draft to taster at cappy’s pour cola brown with thin tan head. Nose cinnamon roll with butter icing, bready, smells nice. Taste big cinnamon up front, then Cinnabon. Hint of wood. More cinnamon than base beer but I like it.

Cask pour during Ohio Brew Week. Pours a dark brown with a beige head of foam. The aroma has huge sweet cinnamon roll influence. Sweet and cake like taste with big notes of cinnamon and sweet amish friendship bread. Thicker mouthfeel and lower carbonation. Another great variant.

Taster on tap at the brewery. Brown color, with a good thin khaki head. Leaves great thicker lace against the edges of the plastic taster. Freakin’ fantastic nose on this. Smells just like a fresh-baked cinnamon roll. Awesome vanilla and cinnamon in the nose. Raisin evident, some good mild chocolate, nuttiness. Bigger body. Smooth, kind of creamy lighter carbonation. Light slick finish. Moderate sweet taste, lightly spicy bite. Mild alcohol. Amazing stuff, very tasty. Fantastic Chickow variant.

Draft at the taproom for Chickow! day. Looks like chickow... slightly hazy brown with a small light tan head. Loved this one the most out of all the Chickows I tried. Aroma is sweet, cinnamon... just like a cinnamon roll. The flavor is much the same... like a cinnamon roll in a glass with a nice nuttiness in the background of it all. Wonderful.

Draft at the Listermann tasting room. Yep, looks like all the others - hazed brownish amber with a small beige head that lasts quite a while as a film. The easy identifier is the aroma in this one. Huge cinnamon, with balancing vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, raisins, and brown sugar. The flavor is the same. Medium-bodied, with a sweet, slightly spiced mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. This was my favorite variant of the day. I’ve often thought Chickow and its variants were super sweet, and the cinnamon is a nice counterbalance. Well done.

Draft during the Craft Beer Octoberfest. Pours a hazy brown color with a medium sized creamy beige head. The aroma is sweeter malts, hazelnut, vanilla, caramel and hints of chocolate with the addition of a nice cinnamon. The flavor is much of the same; sweeter caramel malts, hazelnut, chocolate, vanilla and the cinnamon which plays nicely with all the other flavors. There is a very light bitterness to the finish. I enjoy Chickow and all variations very much.
