This bottle got lost in the back of my fridge. It poured a clear amber color (until toward the bottom of the bomber when the sediment clouded it up quite a bit) with a quickly dissipating off white head. Honey and pit fruit nose. Honey and melted caramel sweetness with some white grape, and candied orange rind notes. The hops have faded to a tongue drying bitterness in the finish. The alcohol is well hidden. I don’t know what this was like fresh, but it is a fine wheat wine with a few years on it. rondphoto (4383) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - OCT 9, 2014
on tap @ Listerman / Cincinnati OH --- Nearly clear dark amber, white rim head, sheets of lace. Taste is sweet caramel malt that adds assertive hops in the palate. The malt dominates, however, and stays out in front through a long finish. A good brew, but alcohol is well-hidden, so be careful. nimbleprop (8297) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - MAY 6, 2014
6oz pour at Smoke and Barrel. Pours a murky yellow with some swirling white head. Nose has a hint of ketchup, but then some sugary sweetness, grass, yeast, honey comb. Flavor is sweet, sugary, orange, some herbs, flower petals, white grape. Fairly smooth finish. eelbasher (285) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 27, 2013
22oz. Pours clear amber with a nice off white head. Lacing on the glass right away and nice carbonation. Aromas of caramel, juicy fruit, huge malt, and a touch of wheat. The flavor is insanely smooth and inviting. Candied fruit, caramel, maple syrup, and fruity hops. Bubbly carbonation cleans up the finish and makes this a sure winner. No alcohol is present what so ever. Bring it on!!!! alexsdad06 (10268) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 24, 2013
22 oz. bottle and draft multiple times. The first batches fresh were better than aged stuff. Pours a clear orange golden color with a smaller white head. The aroma has some citrus, light herbal hops, honey and wheat. The flavor shows even more hop character with a big sweetness as well. Herbal, citrus, honey grassy, caramel with mild plus bitterness to the finish. I didn’t think it aged as well as it could.

Draft at CWBF - pours cloudy honey with white head. Nose is caramel and barley. Very sweet. Honey aftertaste. Full body and highly boozy. Dogbrick (12932) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 20, 2013
Thanks to Roueone for sharing a bottle. The beer pours a clear dark bronze color with a medium off-white head that dissipates slowly. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, wheat and hops. Medium to full body with flavors of fruity wheat, resiny hops and malt. The finish is piney hops up front with a ripe fruity aftertaste. Pretty good all around. wxman (1814) - O’Fallon, Illinois, USA - NOV 20, 2012
Pours a clear dark golden with a decent off white head. Aroma of sweet banana bread. Taste is a sweet buttery caramel along with a significant amount of hop bitterness and alcohol. Not offensive, though and quite good really. A winter warmer.
