Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear light amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light hoppy, flowers, light almond cake, marzipan. Initail flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter, finish flavor is light sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. From cask at Market Porter. Pours slight cloudy deep orange golden with a diminished white head. Light spiced and hoppy aroma. Flavour is spiced hoppy and bitter towards light acidic. Bitter and towards acidic into the finish. 6-3-7-3-13=3.2
From cask at the sir John Moor. Pours clear and golden orange with a creamy and off-white head. Mild caramel malty aroma with a light hops note. Slight earthy malty and simple bittered with a light dryness. Ends dry malty with asubdued bitterness and no sweetness at all. Light fruity note into the finish. Aroma of malts, fruits and hops.
Fruity flavour of malts, hops and pine needles.
Dry hoppy finish.
Good session beer.

Golden/amber colour with samall white head. Aroma is yeast, leather, fruity hops and some caramel. Flavour is wooden and fruity hops. Very nice and fruity aftertaste.

Pale copper in colour. Ash and hay up front. Dry but fruity, soft and rounded. Salty, bitter tobacco finish. A quality best bitter.

Cask at a Nicholson pub. Pours clear amber with a creamy head. Nice, spicy hop aroma with soe bready malts. Sweet flavor with earthiness, along with grass and dandelion bitterness. Medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes bitter with hay, grass and light caramel. Good.
