2008-11-12, Cask Conditioned at The Castle, Furnival St., London, 6-4-6-3-13=32
Hazy copper color. It has a malty and lightly fruity aroma; flavor of malt and caramel, with some residual sweetness, and good bitterness level. First impression confirmed.

2008-11-03, Cask Conditioned at J.D. Wetherspoon - Shakespear’s Head, London, 6-3-7-3-13=32
Light amber color, thin head. The aroma is light. It has a delicate, pleasant flavor, with caramel, lightly flowery and grassy; very light metallic touch too. Correct bitterness. A bit of originality, but quite simple.

Cask at the Claude Du Vall, Camberley, 11/05/13. Clear golden with a thin off white head. Nose is caramel, grass, fruit notes. Taste comprises light caramel, hints of orange, light sugars, malt. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, touch of bitterness in a dryish finish. Adequate bitter.

harrisoni (18572) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAY 4, 2005
Cask at Reading Beer Festival. Mid brown colour with some malt and hops on nose. Good session bitter with dryish finish. I have had better examples where the hops dominate more

Cask: Golden dark with nearly no head & lacings. A pleasant light sweet malt aroma and taste. Very soft. Some caramel & cookie. Quite OK!

Cask (Gallows Bird, Espoo, Real Ale Festival 2004) This was an odd one - quite simply, it smelt off. Yet it tasted pretty darn good. Very full flavoured, with no sharp peaks. Lingering bitterness provided the finish. 2nd best of the fest, for us. Should re-rate.

Cask. Refreshing, citric aroma. Clear grey/golden colour. Nice roasted and nutty flavour, even though it is a little thin. Very nice roastedness.

imdownthepub (14546) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 18, 2003
Cask Conditioned at Banbury Beer Festival. A brown amber beer with thin head. Fresh lemony grapefruit flavours, light but fragrant hops though little background to the flavours.

Cask/GBBF. Hazy orange with a small white head. Grass and orange aroma. Dry with quite a hoppy finish.
