A third from cask at GBBF 2015. I like the old-school pumpclip. Dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is light with bread, soft malts, earth. Body is medium to light, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is soft biscuity, coffee, earthy finish, soft bitterness. OK mild.

Cask dark brown thin beige lasting head. Muted aroma some toasty notes. Taste something like plum to start before the toasted malt takes over which continues to develop in the mouth and lingers for a long time Thin mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Grows on you. Much better than I was expecting.

Cask at Nicholsons Drum & Monkey. Very nice beer... Quite surprising as it appears somewhat ambiguous at first sight! Quite a nice full bodied beer for its low ABV which goes to show strength isnt everything for complex beers. Mild roasted notes, hop up front, sweet syrupy taste with a dry roasted coffee finish. Great!
