Cask Pint – JDW Fest Spring 2011 in Mar 2011 - Golden in colour. Fruity; citrus grapefruit and orange. Malty; sweet malts, caramel. Hoppy; good hop bitterness. Nice fruit/malt/hop balance. Citrus fruity hops meet sweet malts. Enjoyed this. Very drinkable. Nice beer! (2011-04-02)

Cask, 1/2 pint, hand-pulled at Drum & Monkey, Glasgow (30 Jul 2016), citrus, hoppy aroma, golden amber, good creamy head with no lacing, grapefruit, lemon, caramel with a harsh prolonged bitter aftertaste. Senap (747) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - JUN 12, 2016
En relativt smakrik men ändå mjuk pale ale. Funkar helt klart till det mesta även om det finns bättre. Desverger (12206) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 9, 2014

Prince of Wales, Surrey - golden to amber coloured pour with a small white head. Medium citrusy aroma and taste, some herbal and floral nuances going on, great condition, decent drop.
Draught at Angleterre. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, caramel, mango, hops and grass. Bitter finish with grapefruit and hops. Good, hoppy real ale.

(Cask at Pikkulintu, 20130722) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was small, long lasting and white. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grapefruit, malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter and lightly acrid. Aroma was very good but the taste, especially the aftertaste, was displeasing. Moebbels (807) - FINLAND - JUL 21, 2013
Pours a cloudy dark orange color with one finger of white, well-lasting foam. Nose is fresh with citrus fruits, pine needles and spices. Taste is fairly sweet and refreshing, ending in a mild pleasant bitterness. Carbonation is minimal and the palate is surprisingly rich. kwik-lime (1998) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 23, 2013
Cask at JDW in Surbiton. Dry, herbacious hops, well-rounded with a lingering and pleasantly bitter finish. Good beer. Spamcan81 (1) - Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 10, 2013 does not count
Cask conditioned in Brewery Tap, Shefford. Deep amber with moderate head. Grapefruit on the nose and a pronounced hop/grapefruit bitterness on the palate. A nice long, bitter finish. Very enjoyable and my kind of beer.
