Bottle. Amber Brown. Malty (grainy malts, caramel). Fruity (some citrus). Hoppy (grassy hops). Bittersweet malty fruity throughout. Bitter finish. Big flavour. Very drinkable. (2008)

Vague wine-like malt nose with banana flavor. Tastes malt, fruits and especially clearly banana, very strange taste! The aftertaste is sour and somewhat reminiscent of home-made wine. A wacky beer that I don’t like!

Had this lovely ale at the Paisley Beer Festival, April 2007. Cask, handpump dispense. Mahogany in colour with a thin white head. Slight floral hop noted in the short aroma. Good creamy mouthfeel and poor lacing. Pale malt complexes gives a chewy digestive malt with a hint of summer berries, notably bramble coming through. Dusty dry hop flowers add a bitter aftertaste. Finish is slightly astringent with tart gooseberry skins in the mouth. A decent session bitter.

Bottle tasted 2006. A medium brown ale with a bitter-sweet aroma. Mild flavour with notes of nectarines and plums followed by a bitter aftertaste which mellows to dry hay. Aftertaste lasts for a few minutes and quite moreish.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight peachy to mango. Fruity and crisp fruity into the finish.

Cask at the Harp. Pours a hazy, amber-gold with a short, white head. Sharp cereal malt aroma with some faint, floral hops. Lightly sweet and very bready, perhaps pumpernickel. Also has some restrained bitterness of earth and mild citrus. Very nicely balanced. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes with more bready malts and some lingering, earthy bitters. The cloudiness clears up after a few minutes. Really good.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 15th Feb 2010. Clear golden ale looks. Dusty, dry citrus nose. Bit of a metallic taste. Decent enough golden ale, no more.

INteresting one, not very fan of Led Zepellin but nice song to put in a beer. I liked the aroma a little floral.

TEJA (3141) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 3, 2009
Casc at OT. Nice white head, small but lasting. Light pale color. Typical English frech fruity and litle woody hop aroma. Pleasant smooth malt taste with a litle popcorn and some fruit. Small sweetness. Rather thinn body, but big drinkability.

Christian (13759) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 30, 2009
Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Hrainy malt and grassy hops aroma. Clean and dry malt flavour with some citrus hop and a bitter finish
