Just labeled as Kolsch. Average beer and somewhat blasé style. No aroma sensed. Light yellow color. Watery palate. Slight lemon and pale malt flavors. Not bad, just not exciting. Easy with food. Cavie (4717) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 30, 2009
Tap at the pub. Listed as a straight kolsch at 4.8% but the waitstaff said it was the same. Clear golden pour with very little head. Aroma is grassy grains with a hint of cologne. Taste is a dry grass with a small tart finish. Small fruit but mainly grass. Kind of one layered with a dry finish. ttutony (920) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 29, 2009
Pours a clear golden yellow with visible carbonation in the glass yet not much of a head. Light bodied and crisp, slightly fruity hop notes. Clean finish.
