Tasted on tap at the 2007 Bistro Wet Hop IPA Festival. This IPA pours a slightly cloudy orange gold color from the firkin. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and floral. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are floral and herbal with a touch of citrus. Lower bitterness, more in the English IPA style. It definitely has that cask ale feel to it. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
