On tap @ Triple Rock. Dark brown color with a thick tan head. Smells mostly of roasted malts with some coffee grounds, dark cocoa powder, and maybe some dirt? Kind of your typical dry stout here. Not a ton of flavor, sweetness, or bitterness. Maybe a bit of a muddled flavor and earthy, floral hop bitterness. bb (9241) - Alamo, California, USA - APR 16, 2013
Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Light roast and light caramel aroma. Caramel and light chooclate flavor with light roast. Medium bodied. Chooclate and caramel linger with light roast. joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - APR 13, 2013
On tap at Triple Rock. It pours dark brown with ruby highlights and a khaki head. The nose is very earthy with wood and cocoa. Smooth body and very dry with roasted malt. Kind of one note. Ok stout. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - MAR 29, 2013
