3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Blue Palms. Pours with a completely clear deep yellow body with a small white head that fades rather quickly. Aromas are citrusy, orange, light floral hops. A minimal grainy malt profile. Light esters. A bit of a rubbery note. Flavors lean dry, with a grainy malt profile, orange, dill (I associate dill with Sorachi Ace quite a bit), hay. A touch bready. Lively bubbles, a bit thing. Dry finish. A bit lifeless.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A: The pour is a rather pale yellow color with a nice fluffy white head which leaves some spotty lacing.
S: Starts off with just an awesome citrus aroma. Nice orange, tangerine, and grapefruit notes. There’s a mild herbal quality to it as well as some floral notes. Hints of bready and pale malts come through underneath.
T: Citrus hops dominate the flavor as well. A hint of grass to go with it and some light floral notes. Moderate bitterness gives the beer a nice bite and there is very little room for malt flavor.
M: Light to medium in body with a moderate level of carbonation.
O: One of the best beers of the night. Super easy to drink and great flavors.
