COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen. This ale was made with 50% German Pilsner malt, 50% German wheat malt and fermented with a true Bavarian yeast strain for a light, refreshing ale complete with subtle, classic flavors of bananas and clove. Perfect for summer, no lemon needed... But we’ll give you a slice if you’re one of those people.

On tap @ Triple Rock. Milky orange beer with some white foam. Plenty of banana, some clove, and sweet malts. Hints of vanilla and bubblegum, too. There’s a bit of banana bread, some white pepper, and just a touch of citrus zest. After a few sips, the clove and spice character seems to come through a bit more. I found this to be pretty nice.

On tap at brewery. Cloudy dark yellow with a fizzy white head. Sweet banana bread, clove, and caramel aroma and taste with a bready finish and a creamy palate.

Draft. Pale hazy straw beer with a whitish head. Spice and light wheat aroma. Light wheat and spice flavor with light banana. Medium bodied. Refreshing. Spice and light wheat lingers with light citrus and light banana.
