A hazy orange beer with a small head. The aroma is sweet with notes of oranges and peach. The flavor is sweet with notes of peach. Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 23, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) It’s really hard to get to this beer. The huge, rocky head completely covers the fluid requiring a lot of the patience of the drinker. But this Triple appears nicely golden - when you finally get to see it. Very neutral nose and a prickly sensation in the mouth from lots of carbonation - too much. Slightly spicy and a touch of iron in the palate. Not the most thrilling Triple. 180294 Bov (12888) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - OCT 4, 2001

Pretty aged bottle Clear pale amber; small but firm off-white head. Nutty nose, sweet, raisins, peaches and a little dash of portwine, very inviting. Nutty taste, biscuit and caramel, sultana’s; ends on a fruity note as of (old) citrus peel & sucade . In the MF, the oxidation has taken the most of the toll: thin, but alcoholic. Carbonation, however, is still 5/5. Very nicely aged, fruity, unfortunately a bit thinnish. tderoeck (9886) - Gent, BELGIUM - SEP 2, 2012

Clear orange to light amber beer, small bubbly aery white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of honey, port, orange peel, candied oranges, some overripe fruits, sugary, melon. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: some cardboard, bit lemony, orange peel, honey, pretty oxidized, some spices, little bitter, sour berries. Aftertaste: honey, little bitter, almonds, some cardboard, hay, little sourish, bretta touch, quite some alcohol, bit sweet. It’s an old beer of course, but it’s till pretty drinkable.
I couldnt say i thought this triple was rather special. .................... Countbeer (6591) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - JUL 20, 2013
