Bottle. Perfumed flowery nose, dry Belgian yeast. Cloudy golden low offwhite head. Light body, medium dry. Flowery hops, earl grey, fresh finish, leaves dry minerals on the tongue. Fairly well balanced and drinkable compared to other triples.

Draught @ Pazzeria, Piazza Bande Nere 2, 20146 Milano, Italy.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, hay, toasted, light hoppy, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100306]

Draught at Pazzaria, Milan, 9.3% ABV
Hazy blond color. The aroma is lightly fruity. For the rest, it’s the typical boozy Huyghe strong ale, with a quite lean body, and high alcohol perception. Not bad, but I don’t like this kind of beer anymore.

Ottima !
