Amber, slight haze, thin head. Has some nice floral hop notes. Overly chewy with some stewed fruit. Quite sweet for the style, which I don’t favour.

32 oz growler, filled at Triplehorn, poured. Pours a nice copper color with a rocky foam head. Slight soap, piney hops aroma. A creamy, thick body, rich caramel malt. Slightly harsh finish here. Bitter, and minimally smooth. Rough imperial for me, but not bad overall. deyholla (12021) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 25, 2016
Sampler from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma is full of resinous pine with a sweet grain backbone. Flavor has strong pine with some resin and a bit of sweet grains underlying. teamsale (294) - Washington, USA - SEP 12, 2016
Bomber pours a clear amber with a thick sticky beige head. Aroma is caramel malt and maple syrup. Thick mouth feel. Flavors of a good strong American ale, complex burnt taste. Bitter sweet finish. Lasting aftertaste. Heavy, a meal in itself. SHIG (4964) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - FEB 16, 2015
Draft at GABBF: Poured an orange in color with an off white head. Aroma was strong bold hops. More hops in the taste that was balanced in the finish with malts. Very drinkable IIPA, not as over the top as most West Coast brews.

Draft - Sweet caramel malts and some earthy resinous hops. Cleanish gold with a rich beige head. Caramel sweetness and some nice sweet hoppy notes. Very balanced, maybe on the sweet side. mcberko (18557) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 22, 2014
On tap at Triple Horn, pours a clear amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out astringent hops. Flavour is a nice balance between astringent resinous hops and caramel malt. Nicely balanced but still some weird vegetal notes. Decent beer. fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 13, 2014
Draught at the brewery, 8.8% ABVjsnicholas (663) - Woodinville, Washington, USA - JUN 26, 2014
Amber color, just hazy, with generous creamy head. It has some malt, some hop resins, moderate sweetness; but it’s also creamy and buttery.
Overall a good beer but a disappointing IIPA.
Draft at taprooom. Good IPA would drink again, but do not need to seek it out. luttonm (6634) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 25, 2014
Draft at Beveridge Place in West Seattle. Rich copper, big foam. Tart malt, light tropical citrus. Tart dry finish. Odd beer, but good.
