Barrel aged version on tap at the tasting room. Listed here as "N3M35is" and 10.5% ABV. This one is aged 3 months in Jim Beam barrels with Gran Marnier added. Clearly on nitro from the cascading pour. Pours inky black with a thick creamy head. Aroma is chocolate milk and boozy orange sweetness. Taste is super creamy roasty chocolate malts with a hint of bourbon. Sweetness is a little high and the barrel aged notes are faint and watery. Still, delicious and lots of promise here. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - FEB 28, 2013
