3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Triplehorn, Woodinville. Spotty foam, golden body. Roast pepper aroma. Base is a bit heavy with a touch of clean sticky alcohol. Good chili pepper flavor with modest heat in the sip. Roast veggies and pepper. Clean, very solid, tasty beer. These pepper beers .. at least the good ones .. are growing on my Andrew!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft pour to a schooner at Triplehorn. Slightly hazy golden orange pour. Another incredible pepper beer. I just wish pepper beers would earn their own style already. They are different enough to hold their own. A good amount of heat in the aroma that lingers. A lingering aroma.. I love it. Flavor is a huge pepper up front, equally as flavorful as spicy. Such an amazing representation of a pepper beer here. Ideal for the style. Great baae to add pepoera too. Well executed. Love it.
