Tap at Toronado Seattle, listed only as Triplehorn Saison. BillKismet (4170) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 1, 2016
Yellow pour, vast white head. Spicy, peppery without much by way of esters or dust or sour or sweetness. No elan here, nor a classic farmhand’s drink, just a yeast-spicy American saison. But that said, a pretty decent one.
Golden grain colored body with ok head. Earthy bouquet of cracked grains with a slight warming toastiness. The body dispenses a similar experience with earth grain flavors, moderate hoppiness, and nice balance. A solid, sessionable saison. Triplehorn. Clear golden pour with white head. Dusty pils malt, dry hay, spicy yeast aromas. Medium bodied. Nice peppery, spicy yeast flavors with grainy, dusty pale malts, and light fruits____very tasty.
Draft - Sweet fruity, yeasty esters. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet fruity yeast, flowery and some light grassy bitterness. Decent. mcberko (20285) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 22, 2014
On tap at Triple Horn, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast and floral notes. Flavour is about the same, with Belgian yeast and floral notes upfront. Not overly complex, but everything is in proportion. Decent saison.

Draft pour at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow color. Thin fading head. Ton of orange peel on the aroma. Delicious beer here. Really nice lemon and orange flavors with a near perfect amount of spice. Solid saison. n Loved it. fiulijn (21526) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 13, 2014
Draught at the brewery, 5.5% ABVafter4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - DEC 2, 2013
Cloudy blond color with generous compact head. The aroma is a bit spicy; the mouthfeel is very smooth, the flavor is very spicy, from the yeast. Correct bitterness.
If you are looking for an American spicy Saison, you found it.
Draft at sb. Pours a cloudy medium amber with a loose white head. Light stringy lace. Big tannic dry minerally nose with soft fruity notes. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Soft fruity notes on the mid palate. Very dry finish.
