Bottle shared thanks to Mrk. Massive oak up front, vanilla, toast, lots of caramel and sugar, lots of spices. Really sugary and oaky. Very sweet and light bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Too oaky for me.

erickok (5530) - Leuven, BELGIUM - MAR 8, 2016
Typical Belgian yeast, aged malts, dusty caramel cookies. Refined but not very expressive. Tasty sweet body, alcohol heat, really woody ending. Surprisingly smooth palate. Good in a guilty pleasure way. Plus the recent fined aged malt taste... Much better than expected. Perhaps sweet, but fulfilling. (75cl bottle from Dranken Pauwels)

kajser27 (1485) - Zagreb, CROATIA - DEC 29, 2015
Deep amber colored, hazy, small+ off whte head. Aroma is sweet caramel, oaky resin, roasted wood, bit spicy, some alcohol. Taste is medium+ sweet caramel, brown sugar, roasted wood, oak, roasted malt, bit spicy yeasty. Medium+ bodied, soft carbonation, viscous. Woody and wood resin but you can tell its not just from aging, really interesting brew.
