COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed as a love letter to the trend setters out on the east coast, Dank Meme is a golden colored pale ale brewed with plenty of oats, wheat, and a ridiculously non-flocculant yeast. This beer is us not caring about clarity or aesthetics, in fact not a single fining was given to this beer. We hopped this beer like a boss with El Dorado and plenty of Citra in the finish. It is sure to make you say, ’O Rly? Me Gusta!’ or note, cause we all know that haters gonna hate... True story.

Can into snifter. Color a hazy hay yellow. Aroma of citrus and pine. Very tangy orange and orange peel taste. Smooth with little carbonation. A very enjoyable brew.

Shared 16 oz. can poured to snifters showing a cloudy, orange creamcicle look, a modest layer of soft white foam, with spots of lacing. The nose was initially dank, then citrus & pulp, with grass & greenery. Light bodied, with modest carbonation, the taste added slight malt sweetness, and some citrus & rind-like bitterness. Somewhat uneventful.

From can to pint glass. Moderately strong pineapple and solid pine backing. Pours a hazy honeycomb with white head that froths and then fades. Taste is pineapple with wheat malt. A slight dankness at the end. Low bittering. A little thin on mouthfeel- but it is low alcohol. Very nice.

Cloudy pale gold pour with a two finger, frothy white head, Aroma of pineapple, guava, tangerine, a hint of cereal and some sweet floral notes. Flavor is sweet tropical fruit, sweet cereal, a hint of toast, citrus, sweet and fruity floral notes. Light to medium body, creamy feel, light, but blanketing and sharpish carbonation. Really good beer, hits a lot of the right notes, but it could use a bit more bitterness.

Can into a snifter showing light to moderately filtered orange with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows mango, light pineapple, and perfectly balanced sweet NE style malts. The palate is fully carbonated and medium bodied. Flavors of orange, mango, and light pineapple once again perfectly balanced with NE style malts. Perfectly subtle adzuki red bean sweetness on the finish to tie it off.

Super cloudy, looks like pineapple juice. Single finger foamy head. Lave present. Taste has hints of grain, mostly two row. Medium bodied. Juicy, not dry at all. Lots of citrus notes.
