12oz bottle, shared by Jay. Mostly hazy darker brown color. Thin off-white head, nice spread of dotty lace. Medium-plus body. Lighter more crisp carbonation, dry finish. Nice balance of malts and hops. Good biscuity malt, light on the caramel which is cool. Citrus (orange-rind), some floral hops. Nice moderate bitter taste, light sweet. Solid IPA. drsordr (2637) - Loveland, Ohio, USA - APR 24, 2013
Draft pour clear orange. Nose of slight soapy floral hop. Taste of pine hop up front. Mid palate sweetness and a long bitter finish. Smooth mouthfeel. dmac (6215) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - MAR 16, 2013
12oz bottle via trade. Poured a deep honey brown body with a smaller to perhaps average sized foamy light beige head. Aroma of flowery hops, honey topped bread, sweet toffee and molasses, biscuit and orange slices. Medium bodied with average carbonation that actually fizzes up to bolster the mouthfeel and a drier finish. Flavor is dry toast, English toffee, rind, old orange slices, flower stems. Not bad but nothing great. mrohia (256) - Ohio, USA - MAR 6, 2013
Tavern on South. Indianapolis. Draft. Beautiful copper. Off white head, long-lasting lacing. Wonderfully bitter and hoppy.

Had some of a friend’s draft pint at Scotty’s Brewhouse in downtown Indianapolis. Pours a clear orange-hued tea color with a small off-white head. Notes of citrus (orange and grapefruit), caramel malts, pine resin, and floral notes. Light-medium bodied, with medium-high carbonation and a bitter, citrusy mouthfeel. Good IPA.

Poured a nice copper color in my pint glass. Head was great and lacing throughout the entire drink. Nice floral nose, very nice bitter finish. The mouth feel is a bland. Hop choice is great for an IPA. Not an amazing beer but one I will for sure purchase again. This will be a great beer on a hot summer day! Atom (2421) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - DEC 19, 2012
12oz bottle pours a hazy amber/orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral and fruity, citrus, slight hops, and caramel malt. Sweet and malt forward with notes of citrus and some bitter resinous hops on the finish. No amazing but enjoyable. olr1984 (1500) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - DEC 15, 2012
Pours dark amber. Light white head. Hops and slight citrus aroma. Slight taste of grapefruit. Hophaze (192) - South Bend, Indiana, USA - DEC 12, 2012
Bottle. Pours Golden Brown. Floral aroma. Hop forward beer but the bitterness seems to linger for awhile after you taste. I would prefer a more crisp finish. Decent.

This beer is a beautiful deep copper color. Pours with a thick 1 finger head. Clear with light lacing on the glass as I drink it down.
Aroma smells of orange juice and grapefruit. A touch grassy, probably from dry hopped cascades. Not all that strong and a bit 1 sided. As the beer warms I can pick up some toasted malt.
Flavor is nicely balanced between hop flavor, malt, and bitterness. I get mostly caramel flavor from the malt but there is a certain "richness" in the background that I really like. Finishes with enough bitterness to clear the palate for the next sip while still being very drinkable.
This is a really solid IPA. A bit maltier than a "west coast’ IPA so I probably won’t look for this much in the summer.
