Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of citrus, herbal and floral hops. The taste is citrus, a faint bit of resin, and caramel malts. Medium bodied, well balanced. Nice beer. jcwattsrugger (12427) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - NOV 3, 2011
@NH-on tap-pours an offwhite head with gold/amber color. Aroma is soft citrus/some pine, secondary medium malt. Taste is citrus-orange/pine hops with some bite, secondary medium malt-some caramel. JoeMcPhee (9427) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 18, 2009
Tap at Philadelphia location. Hazy golden amber beer. The aroma is loaded with rich pine resin. Nice orangey citrus as well over a lean pale maltiness. Flavour is also loaded with hops. More orange peel and a bit of grapefruit but substantially less resinousness than I typically associate with this hop. Soft bitterness and a lingering fruity/floral character. It’s got a zesty/floral character that I usually associate with noble hops. Solid IPA blipp (9373) - La Mesa, California, USA - MAR 10, 2009
Draft at the brewpub. Pours orange with a white head. Sweet hoppy aroma, with citric and floral notes. The flavor is a bit too balanced. Citric/floral hops accompanied by sweet caramel malt. It’s good, but I was a bit disappointed by this one. solidfunk (9006) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - DEC 29, 2012
Pretty boring, run of the mill IPA. Smells a little hoppy.pours copper with no head, slight lacing. Taste is a little bitter but we are not talking much here. Hops aroma pretty plain. On tap at brewpub.

Tap at Philly. Pours a hazy copper (more hazy than their other IPA’s (and most of their standard beers actually) Nice foamy off white head and great lace. Aroma is piney, light mint, orange, good citrus- a bit dull overall- not as refined or bright in the hop dept- good caramel and carapils malts. Flavor is light earth, pine, zesty orange oils, a touch of grass, light citrus overall- good caramel light sweetness- mostly clean finish and a bit raw bitterness from the hops. Pretty good, just not hop forward enough for my liking (or even enough to showcase Centennial fully). pineypower (3344) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - SEP 24, 2012
Draft at Princeton. Pours out a well carbonated, light copper color with a small white head. Aroma is of sweet malts, piney/citrus hops and some light sweet grainy notes. Taste is well balanced, some citrusy grapefruit hops, light sweet malty notes, wet bread and some nice lingering bitterness. keepersj12 (3133) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Pours a nice amber with a small head. The aroma is mild with some malt, caramel and bread. The flavor starts malty with the centennial coming in towards the end of the sip. I was hoping for a bit more bitterness. User37895 (3042) - - MAR 20, 2009
On draft at the Philly location. The pour was amber colored, full sized head typical for the style, good lacing too. The aroma was citrusey hops with some resinous notes. The base beer may have had some fruity elements associated with the aroma, but hard to tell with the citrus there. The flavor followed the aroma, earthy bitter and slightly citrus Euro-hop type of presentation. Slight caramel and fruity ester malty base. Clean, well-carbonated, pretty good drinker - yet unexciting, as this brewer proved to me over several brews, pretty vanilla. Leafs93 (2305) - Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 27, 2011
Pours orange reddish with a white head. Aroma is grass, muted citrus and florals. Taste is sweet with nice bitters on the finish. Somewhat sticky mouthfeel.
