Pretty boring, run of the mill IPA. Smells a little hoppy.pours copper with no head, slight lacing. Taste is a little bitter but we are not talking much here. Hops aroma pretty plain. On tap at brewpub.

Pours a dark golden, clear, with minimal head. Lots of lacing. Aromas of grapefruit & hops. Flavors of hops, citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, spice. Bitter hops aftertaste.

keepersj12 (3117) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Pours a nice amber with a small head. The aroma is mild with some malt, caramel and bread. The flavor starts malty with the centennial coming in towards the end of the sip. I was hoping for a bit more bitterness.

DalzAle (2037) - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA - OCT 1, 2012
Tap. Creamy golder pour, decent 1/2 inch head and a mellow creamy hop flavor and aroma. Decent IPA, but nothing better than average.

pineypower (3327) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - SEP 24, 2012
Draft at Princeton. Pours out a well carbonated, light copper color with a small white head. Aroma is of sweet malts, piney/citrus hops and some light sweet grainy notes. Taste is well balanced, some citrusy grapefruit hops, light sweet malty notes, wet bread and some nice lingering bitterness.

Drake (13739) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 12, 2012
Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of citrus, herbal and floral hops. The taste is citrus, a faint bit of resin, and caramel malts. Medium bodied, well balanced. Nice beer.

HighWine (959) - Whalezbro, Illinois, USA - NOV 9, 2011
Tap at the brewery. Golden pour, white head with moderate lacing. Centennial hop aroma. The hops jump forward in the mouth but have a Fruity Pebbles character to them. The malt is doing a nice job of propping up the hoppy flavors which fade into a bitter bite. The bitter finish dries out your mouth like the tanins in a bold red wine. I don’t eat meat, but I think a rich, marbled steak would be a nice accompaniment to this brew.

@NH-on tap-pours an offwhite head with gold/amber color. Aroma is soft citrus/some pine, secondary medium malt. Taste is citrus-orange/pine hops with some bite, secondary medium malt-some caramel.

DeputyAndy (636) - Ambler, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 15, 2011
Draft at new hope. Pours a nice amber color. Aroma is nonexistant, but this was a sampler glass. Taste is sweet and mildly lineup. Not holly enough for the ipa moniker. More a pale ale in my opinion.

Chalsk (1104) - North Caldwell, New Jersey, USA - MAR 5, 2011
On tap at Triumph. Pours an amber orange color with a white foam head. Has an aroma of hops and caramel. Has a sweet grapefruit taste with caramel and pine. Hops are too mellow.
