Sample at the brewery in New Hope. Nitro. Lactic and creamy. Sweet throughout, plenty of vanilla. Tastes exactly like a Mug cream soda. The ladies at the table loved this one. keepersj12 (3137) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - JUN 3, 2012
No aroma to speak of probably due to the nitro. Pours clear with a creamy white head. Vanilla is the dominant flavor, very sweet , like a cream soda. It kind of grew on me as I had it outside on a hot afternoon. Good for the summer. jcwattsrugger (12524) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - NOV 8, 2010
on nitro-pours a cascading tight offwhite head with gold color. Aroma is some sweet/honey-light malt. Taste is some sweet/honey-light malt/cereal. willblake (2664) - Bel Air, Maryland, USA - JUN 13, 2010
20100611 Tap at New Hope, thanks to Paul for the taste so I didn’t have to buy a glass of this stuff. Nitro pour. Bizarre and naggingly sweet cream and vanilla aromas. Tastes and smells like watery tapioca pudding. Finishes with more slickness and vanilla than I knew what to do with, so thank god for the water. Nitro at New Hope. Pours a clear bright copper with a nitro creamy head and sick lace. Aroma is vanilla, butterscotch, light caramel and lactose sweetness and crackery biscuits with hints of DMS. Flavor is light corn but lots of vanilla, lactose sweetness, syrupy slick sweetness, honey, Diacetyl butter, and DMS- corn grits with caramel lingering sweetness- slick finish and very sweet off lactose. Ugh- a rare miss from Triumph- not sure what they were thinking on this one, but it didn’t work.
