@Princeton Gose–on tap-pours a white head and cloudy orange color. Aroma is banana, wheat, nice. Taste is creamy banana, wheat, nice, some tart lemon/grassy hops, pepper, yeast. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 25, 2008
Growler courtesy of beastiefan2k via puzzl. Very hazy/cloudy appearance within a deep yellow beer topped by a thick sticky white head. Aroma is quite rich and sweet, marshmallow, clove and banana with an unusually sweet wheaty aroma. Unctuous mouthfeel... really creamy and silky. Coats the mouth in thick bready wheatiness which is then quickly cleaned away by a soft lactic/citrusy tartness on the back of the palate. Sweet and just lightly salty which seems to amplify the wheaty/spicy flavour. Very juicy and rich. Really great tasting brew. It has a definite hefeweizen quality to it, but it’s also got it’s own unique sort of thing going on as well. Very yeasty, wheaty and fruity. Really tasty brew.

Cloudy yellow wheat colored body with a white head. Spicy coriander, muddled wheat and rye and some salty crackers in the nose. Smooth but moderately thick texture, the wheat is chewy, chunky and muddy, and the salty cracker quality is surprising. Very smooth with a medium to full body, bright, smooth, wheat-heavy, dry, chewy, and overall just very delicious. vtafro (7445) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - DEC 16, 2014
Draft. Golden pour with white head. Sweet malt, light fruit water, maybe some salt, no real tart tones. egajdzis (6502) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 4, 2008
Poured a murky golden yellow color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of banana, clove, wheat, and a bit of citrus. Taste of more banana, clove, tart citrus fruits, grains, and a faint gritty saltiness in the finish. Thanks to willblake for sharing! Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 17, 2008
Thanks a ton to dickinsonbeer on thinking of me on this gem! Pours opaque amber with a nice white head. Smells of mineral water, bananas, coriander, some sweet malt, touches of yeast. Tastes lactic and sweet citrissy with some tarte hints, some doughy touches, and a hint of sourness on the finish. Very enjoyable! Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - SEP 26, 2008
