Draught in Philly: CASK! This one pours a clear mahogany color. There was 1 finger of a dense off-white head on it. Served a slightly higher temperature. Lots of caramel, spices and citrus hops to the nose. The taste is also good. Caramel, spices, some citrus, somewhat bitter and dry. Nice! BrewBoxer (2667) - New York, New York, USA - JAN 14, 2012
