Awesome stout! Nice nutty palate and a very smooth feel. Creamy head that stays right to the end. Not much on the aroma but then the Brewpub was pretty smoky. mkobes (2142) - paramus, New Jersey, USA - OCT 7, 2003
Had this at the brewery a couple of days ago. It was just tapped and it was so fresh. Nice well balanced roasty flavors. It is a full bodied stout. Very good. fuchebu (146) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 7, 2002
This one is creamy with a nice toasty character. Fine brew. hophead75 (2012) - Largo, Florida, USA - JAN 29, 2006
Pint at Princenton location. Pours black with a large tan, creamy head. Aroma smells of coffee, cocoa and roasted malt. Taste comes across as some- roasted malts, coffee, some chocolate. A smooth drinking stout overall. xproudfoot (750) - Paleolithic, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 9, 2006
This was the jewel on my first visit to princeton location. Perfect sugar milked coffee, just the way I’d make a coffee to my taste. Lasting tan head over black beer. Perfect chocolate coffee mousse flavor. Smooth palate, relatively light. Quality stout.

Classic stout through and through, smooth and hints of dark chocolate and coffee. Creamy and somewhat malty, really well made and easy drinking. puzzl (3258) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 30, 2008
Nitro tap at Princeton. This is incredibly solid. Great head sticks around forever. Deep, roasty caramel aroma with a touch of smoke. Wide, lovely body takes on a buttery cookie and dark chocolate flavor with vanilla finish. So solid. Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - DEC 18, 2009
Nitro. Pours a black body with a coffee tan head. Malty chocolate, roasted malt, light peat tones, coco, and some lighter vanilla chalky tones. Slick and smooth. A Great stout. egajdzis (6589) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 25, 2010
Opaque black with a small, tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of vanilla, oaks, roast, cocoa, and some smoked wood. Taste of roast, cocoa, oatmeal, vanilla, and a dry finish. Grandpa (327) - Verona, New York, USA - APR 13, 2005
This is a good one. Dense, black body, creamy head that lasted. Smooth, slightly sweet, with a good hop balance. A dilemma, enjoying the residual taste after two dry swallows and resisting the urge for another sip.
