Draft. Brown pour with tan head. Orange citrus, spice, fruit and sweet aromas. Flavors are spice forward, orange and sweet notes.

not sure what kind of apice is supposed to go on here other than a little coriander. Smells lagery, like overproduced malt. Pours dark amber. Some head, no lacing. Aroma has some note of orange peel, but just in the slight astringence at end. On tap at brewpub.

dmac (6211) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - DEC 21, 2010
Growler thanks to my wifey who brought home this unexpected treat. Poured a mostly clear red body with a smaller light beige head, pretty standard for a growler pour. Aroma of cherry, chocolate, cola, alcohol, all-spice, nutmeg, cinnamon. Medium bodied with a fuller mouthfeel and average to stronger carbonation. Flavor of dark bread, cinnamon, all-spice, nutmeg and just lots of winter spices. Overall it’ good but you have to dig spicey beer.

pineypower (3295) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - DEC 21, 2010
Growler thanks to Dmac. Pours out an orangy/Ruby color with a small white head. Aroma is lots of spice, maraschino cherries, and light bitterness. Taste is lots of spice, mainly cinnamon and nutmeg, cherries, dried fruit, light earthy notes with a slightly dry finish. Rather solid with a lot of different things going on.

Sampled on draft at brewpub with Linh awhile back. The aroma and taste were both mild, nothing crazy.. but a nice refreshing brew.

Draft. Pours an amber body with an off white head. Malty caramel with some light spicy cinnamon amongst other spices. Modest citrus warming with some orange rind. Good stuff.

BOUGHT A GROWLER AT NEW HOPE. POURS VERY DARK WITH VERY SLIGHT CARBONATION. YOU CAN TASTE A LITTLE CINNAMON, TOASTED MALT. WAS A DECENT BEER AND TRIUMPH BREWERY IS WORTH A TRIP.

Tap at Philly location. Aroma of orange, toasted malt, citrus (hops?), minty spices. Flavor heavy on sweet orange (hops? esters? just the actual orange? really don’t know) with some cocoa powder. Mouthfeel is a bit on the heavy, burdensome side. Interesting beer, though not something I’d turn to very often.

BillWyce (1074) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 11, 2009
Growler obtained at their Center City Philadelphia location. Poured a hazy, dark brown with a small head that was quickly gone. Mild malty aroma with some spices in the background. Strongly spiced (cinnamon or nutmeg??) with some hop bite at the back. Had a note of orange or orange peel in the aftertaste. Good.

LilBeerDoctor (3904) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 10, 2009
On tap at the brewpub in Philadelphia. Pours a cloudy amber/brown with a tan head. Aroma of fruity chapstick. Flavor is similar to the aroma, odd wax-like notes, some citrus notes. There definitely was a specific flavor to it, but I couldn’t figure out what. Not a winner though. 6/4/6/3/13 (3.2/5)
