Light, honey-gold color. Medium sized white head that doesnt stick around, or to the glass much. Huge fruit cereal aroma. Taste is the same with a nice floral hop taste. Sweet and not overpowering.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2011 Bottled: Hazy slightly golden beer with a frothy, but collapsing head. Nose is creamy, soft, yet citrusy with notes of coriander and yeast. Smooth, almost creamy mouthfeel. light body with fruity esters, a little smoke and quite a few bitter hops, some citrus and coriander. Quite a bitter finish. Nice wheat offering.

Keg at the Evening Star, Brighton. It pours slightly hazy straw yellow, with a thick, fluffy white head. The nose is wheat, soap, spice, farmyard and herbs. The taste is wheat, sweet malt, Belgian yeast, touch of spice, citrus and herbs, with a dry finish. Medium body, velvety mouth-feel and lively, but soft carbonation. Not bad.

Pours a cloudy yellow. Aromas of orange and spice. Flavor has too much orange, White beers arent high on my list. But this one wasnt that bad, had a little more of a crisp alcohol bite to it.

33cl. bottle (De Graal Triverius) from a local beer retailer. It pours a hazy pale yellow-golden liquid with a small-medium bubbly thinning white head that leaves no lacing. The aroma is quite complex and spiced, very parfumed. It has hints of wheat, orange, coriander, orange peel, a distant honey and some floral hops. It also has a slight alcoholic touch (but nice). It tastes likewise, a little soapy maybe, with lots of coriander and additional notes of yeast. It is medium-high sweet, low-medium sour and low-medium bitter. In the mouth it feels lively carbonated (but not annoying), with a thin-medium body and a sweet dryish finish, with an aftertaste of spices and wheat. Presentation is quite (it lacks a customized crown cap, though) for a good enough wit that might overall be a little to sweet.

Bottle @ home. Slightly cloudy pale yellow color, decent 2cm white head. Smell fruity, yeast, wheat. Tastes like a sweet pilsener almost. Dont know how to explain another way. Nice carbo that suits the 6.8%ABV. Medium body.
