33cl. bottle (De Graal Triverius) from a local beer retailer. It pours a hazy pale yellow-golden liquid with a small-medium bubbly thinning white head that leaves no lacing. The aroma is quite complex and spiced, very parfumed. It has hints of wheat, orange, coriander, orange peel, a distant honey and some floral hops. It also has a slight alcoholic touch (but nice). It tastes likewise, a little soapy maybe, with lots of coriander and additional notes of yeast. It is medium-high sweet, low-medium sour and low-medium bitter. In the mouth it feels lively carbonated (but not annoying), with a thin-medium body and a sweet dryish finish, with an aftertaste of spices and wheat. Presentation is quite (it lacks a customized crown cap, though) for a good enough wit that might overall be a little to sweet. Benzai (15486) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 14, 2011
Bottle @ home. Slightly cloudy pale yellow color, decent 2cm white head. Smell fruity, yeast, wheat. Tastes like a sweet pilsener almost. Don’t know how to explain another way. Nice carbo that suits the 6.8%ABV. Medium body. olio (10169) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 12, 2011

Pours pale hazy yellow with minimal head. Aroma is rose berries kissel, fruits, spices and citrus with banana notes. Flavour is rose berry kissel, orange peel, banana, spices and citrus. Medium carbonation and some sourness on the palate. Very refreshing, exciting and enjoyable.
Bottled as Blond Bitch Beer. Looks nice (yellow, semi hazy) and smells fresh of citrus. Tastes watery with a strange alcoholic note.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow colour with a very small faint head. Aroma of mandarin orange, lemon and some yeast. Flavour of wheat, mandarin orange, lemon, mild spices and yeast. Smooth mouthfeel with some carbonation and a fruity, citrusy finish. Reminds me of a saison really.
(bottle, 33cl, as De Graal Triverius, 6.8% abv) Hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy white head. Yeasty, wheaty, mildly citrus-fruity aroma with notes of banana and coriander. Slightly sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, rather light bodied with a lively carbonation. Citric and wheaty taste with grainy and mildly spicy notes; sweet and slightly citric finish with a delicate touch of coriander. 09.VI.11 ekstedt (6755) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 7, 2011
Bottle (33 cl) from the Cracked Kettle. Shady pale golden, meidum fluffy white head. Very fresh orange and coriander aroma, in the perfect amount, upon a wheaty and slightly estery base. Meidum bodied, soft carbonation, wonderful texture. A bit sweet, could benefit a little from the kind of acidity you may find in some Wits. Still, a very tasty pumped up Witbier. larsga (7509) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 1, 2011
Big white shiny head. Slightly hazy yellow body. Light mealy coriander and herbs aroma with fruity notes. Dry herbal fruity taste. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Light body. Dry herbal honey and grass aftertaste. Nice, but fairly simple. (0.33l draft at de Heeren van Liederkercke.)
