12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy dark gold color with an average cap of foam for a hefeweizen. Aroma is of yeast, malt, spice, banana and clove. Medium body. Flavor is bread, yeast and sweet malt. Finish is a little dry, tart and more of the wheat malt. Great beer! beerbomb (241) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 6, 2018
good yeasty aroma - peppery, banana, wood, honeycomb, hay, mild florals - flavor is delicious - bold, yet dry - slightly tart, yet savory - smooth grains, banana, spice, mild earthiness - nothing overbearing - lighter bodied - great mouth feel and palate - very drinkable hefe with well balanced flavors Bitterbill (2104) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - DEC 7, 2017

I got this bottle in a trade with Wasatch. Thanks John!
Nice cloudy yellow-orange pour, small head of foam that shrinks quickly. Almost no lacing.
The smell is nice with notes of wheat, yeast, some light spiciness, a bit of clove, good banana.
The taste follows the nose; wheat, banana, yeast, clove, other spices, and a bit of lemon zest in the finish. It's close to medium bodied and very refreshing indeed. And talk about drinkable, I could down a few of these easily. Very easily!
A very good example of the style and one that I can easily recommend! NikkTwist (3581) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 4, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 4, 2017 Draft at Macs. Very hazy orange gold pour with a foamy ring. Somewhat juicy Hefe with some citrus, grass, and spice. Wheat. Orange peels. Banana. Clove. Cardamom. Green peppercorn. Easy drinking session brew. BigHoss (172) - Fort Worth, Texas, USA - SEP 19, 2017

This beer was not what I expected at all. It reminded me much more of a Summer Saison or Farmhouse. Light in color, a lot of carbonation with a good head, aroma and taste of a brew that was fermented with a wild yeast. Spicy, some pepper and more aqueous that I was expecting. It was tasty and I drank it down like it was nobody’s business -- but -- not what I was expecting from a wheat beer. I guess I have more to learn and need more experience. Very nice craft beer example of a German Classic beer. Great, refreshing beer for the summer. A light interpretation of a classic German Hefeweizen.

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2017 Really good wheat beer. I'd say it is semi strong tasting in the wheat department if that makes any sense. BuckeyeBoy (9461) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAY 6, 2017
On tap at the brewery pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is banana clove spice pepper and some bubble gum. Taste is more of the banana esters spice a light bubble gum sweetness. gripweed57 (3156) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - MAR 31, 2017
12 ounce bottle. Bright medium gold color. Moderate sized pillowy white head. Fragrant wheat malt nose has hints of banana and clove. Light fruity malt flavor benefits from the addition of the Munich and Pilsner malts. They add a touch more balance and body. Banana and clove flavors are more subdued in flavor. Grassy hops in finish. Tasty as an American Wheat, with Bavarian influences.
