Complex & tasty pumpkin! Pours rustic orange w/ a minuscule head & next to no lacing. The aroma is bursting w/ spice & is pumpkin pie like. The flavor lies right in the middle between sweet & dry while the honey adds some uniqueness in the finish. It’s a really good pumkin & certainly worth a try! Pours a caramel from a bottle with a thin off-white head, quickly dissipating with little lacing. Very clove-y aroma, similar flavor, some other spices as well. The large amount of clove is rather off-putting, but the nice spicy yeast is a welcome addition to a somewhat tired beer style. Meh. Alpha10 (758) - Ontario, CANADA - FEB 24, 2016
2016/02/24 - Pours a cloudy amber-copper colour with a thin, fizzy, off white head that quickly vanishes and leaves no lacing. Aroma is pumpkin, clove, cinnamon, caramel, dough, ginger and a hint of vanilla. Taste is clove, ginger, pumpkin, caramel, spice (clove, cinnamon, nutmeg) and dough with a touch of vanilla. Mouthfeel is medium with effervescent, biting carbonation and a sharp, refreshing finish. I really enjoyed this, especially the ginger notes and the high carbonation. One of the better pumpkin beers that I have tried.

[Bottle (375ml)] Pours a clear deep orange-copper with an average size diminishing frothy white head. No lacing. Aroma of pumpkin, spices and grain along with bready malt and some light fruit. Malty flavour with pumpkin and spices -- simple but nice. Alcohol is totally hidden. Medium bodied. The pumpkin and spices are there but not over the top like some Pumpkin beers, and sometimes that’s what you want. TheEpeeist (3709) - Media, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 30, 2015
12.7 oz bottle. Deep clear brown with sparse froth. Nose is cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger and caramel. Medium body with a tang. Taste is earthy pumpkin, apple, cinnamon stick, ginger and fall leaves. Almost cidery with a welcome rustic feel.

Bottled version. Poured into a snifter. A deep rusty amber-brown color. Light tan head settles to a thin lace. Strong herbal-vegetal spice aroma and flavors. Heavy body. Brown sugar sweetness and pie spices. Long dry berbal finish. MrChopin (4304) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - DEC 28, 2015

translucent amber, thin white cap. Sweet clove and sugar nose, little white pepper and ginger. Front palate is more ginger, way too much clove throughout, light grit and fizz.
375 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 10/7/2015. Pours slightly hazy reddish copper color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, pepper, pear, apple, red grape, honey, brown sugar, gingerbread, toasted biscuit, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, pumpkin/spices, and dark/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, pepper, pear, apple, red grape, honey, brown sugar, toasted biscuit, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of herbal/yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, pepper, pear, apple, red grape, honey, brown sugar, gingerbread, toasted biscuit, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, pumpkin/spices, and dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Some light dryness from peppery yeast/spice notes as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and lightly creamy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice pumpkin saison style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, pumpkin/spices, and dark/bready malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering. monk191 (1978) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 7, 2015
A very nice pumpkin. Quite creamy. Pours a thick orange with a white head. Smells of pumpkin and cream. Taste is very pumpkin and vanilla, with cinnamon and cream. Had on tap at Rattle N Hum. FROTHINGSLOSH (7796) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 23, 2015
Sampled from a 12.7 oz corked brown bottle this beer poured a murky brown color with a medium sized foamy orange-tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was vegetal and malty with sour caramel and vague spices. The flavor was tangy and vegetal with sour caramel and vague spices. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Meh.
