Since delving into the microbrew realm, this is my favorite sofar.
Beautiful amber color with hoppy aroma. Great flavor and crisp finish.
UPDATED: APR 8, 2018 Can from half time in Poughkeepsie. Malts really shine with deep hops or compliment it. A bit of herbs and vegetables swimming in there. Westy1130 (134) - New York, USA - MAR 25, 2018
Golden/copper color, with frothy creamy head. Aroma/Taste: Grapefruit, pine, pineapple, mango and lemongrass. Crisp medium dry finish. Very nice. thehopportunist (9) - - MAR 13, 2018 does not count
UPDATED: MAR 13, 2018 A deep unique red color not seen too frequently. Very pleasant nose, one that is unique as well. Definitely a solid beer that I stock up on as soon as my local bottle king receives it. BColan (38) - - FEB 24, 2018
Very nice initial taste. Very bitter and dry after taste. Great color and smell to it though.

Had with Abby after a looooong day of thoracic surg. Made her French toast and chocolate strawberries.
Poured from bottle. Deep amber with moderate head.
Nose is all piney hops. Floral and inviting.
Taste is similar. Floral and piney. Bitter with a bit of malty sweetness. Not as sweet/malty as I expected from it technically being a red ale.
Medium feel. Somewhat sticky with lingering bitterness.
Overall, a fantastic beer! Tastes more IPA than “Imperial Red Ale.” Very hoppy and very delicious! Aggiebob (1553) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - FEB 20, 2018
UPDATED: FEB 25, 2018 It poured gold with a white head. The aroma was hoppy with floral notes and some carmel in the taste. It was mildly bitter but boozy. unclefrito62 (463) - Stow, Ohio, USA - FEB 17, 2018
Draft pint at Winking Lizard Peninsula Ohio. Thinner white head, some film on glass. Deep golden in color Earthy and hoppy in aromas. Taste is earthy and smooth. Alcohol is well hidden. Pretty decent India pale ale. Drinkable. Cheers! GregM05 (44) - - FEB 15, 2018
Hands down one of my favorites. Love Troegg's, and enjoy the nugget nectar a lot. Love when it comes around.
