Gold pour, smallish white head. Aroma is citrusy hops and caramel malt. Flavor is spicey, woody, citrusy hops with a nice malt balance. bucs572000 (237) - Minnesota, USA - APR 22, 2013
Bottle In a trade. Aroma fruity with some good resiny aroma. Taste is nice and bitter. There is a nice bitter taste up front over all though this beer is flavorful. Troegs makes some great beers.

As a resident hop-head, this is one of my favorite regional India/imperial pale ales. A bit expensive in my vicinity in relation to other great local craft beers, but evidently worth it. Travlr (24930) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - APR 9, 2013
Draft at the source. Bright golden yellow color, small white head. Hard to judge ghe aroma of this puppy, since we were sitting inside the brewery with a delicious scent of sweet malt wafting over us. But the taste was nicely balanced, not too bitter, and very easy to drink. jflopsu (1617) - New Jersey, USA - APR 6, 2013
UPDATED: AUG 17, 2013 Sweet, floral aroma. Light yellow pour. A strong, bitter taste with a dry after flavor. jmthomp07 (14) - Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 29, 2013
This is my favorite Troegs beer. Everything is spot on as far as an IPA goes. This tastes extremely similar to their pale ale, but just stronger and it is dry hopped. This has a light malty backbone with strong citrus/grapefruit flavors from the hops.
