4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle, aromas of grassy and roasty hops, pale color, frothy head, light sweetness, medium bitterness, well balanced. lively CO2, medium body, almost light for this style. Grassy, earthy notes in taste, slight bitter finish. This was one of those beers that the more I drank of it, the more I liked it.,

From bottle to tulip. Clear golden color. Citrusy aroma and immediate bitter hoppy flavor with perfect balance of sweet and citrus. I really like this one.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: OCT 26, 2012 Golden-orange hue with a thick white head that leaves nice sticky lacing. The aroma didn’t do much for me and the taste had a bit too much of a spice in it, but overall this is a good beer.
*Re-rated. This beer is so complex, that it needs multiple tastings to fully appreciate. The aroma and taste are better than I originally gave it credit for.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a translucent gold with a thin, white head. Good lacing. Floral hoppy aroma. Do I detect cascade and centennial? I think so. Effervescent mouth feel. Hop bitterness pronounced in the taste, but not overpowering. Great IPA.
