Draught at the Fulton Grand, Brooklyn, NY.
Clear golden colour with small white head. Mild but intense sweet resiny hops in aroma with some fruitiness. Resiny, fruity and sweet hoppy flavour. Maltiness in the back. Quite simple IIPA. Rather balanced. Bitter hoppy aftertaste.

It’s a wall of fresh hops in aroma and every sip. Golden yellow full bodied 2XIPA. I like this offering from Troegs, surprised I have not tried it until tonight. Dry hopping well blended into this beer.

Pours a clear gold with a medium thick white head. Aroma has nice citrus and clean hop with some minty evergreen. Flavor is bright hops just like aroma would suggest there is a lot of citrus and woody spruce. Overall this is a great ipa lots of hop character at all levels aroma flavor and bitterness. Great ipa.

Bottle: Poured a deep clear blonde color ale with a large foamy white head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of powerful floral aroma with some green hops notes and a light sweet malt base is very well done and very enticing. Taste is dominated by huge floral hops aroma with light green hops notes and very little bitterness with some lightly sweet malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. I really enjoyed the floral notes and if I were to compare I would say this is a notch below Heady Topper for floral notes but still ay ahead of most IIPA.

Pours a light orange with minimal white head. Decent tracing as the beer was drank. Taste very fruity, not as hoppy as anticipated. Overall a good beer.

12 oz bottle: Pours light golden with thick white head and good CO2 release. Aroma of spruce, floral and citrus hops, light caramel malt and some doughy yeast. Taste is amazing with a nice hop profile, well balanced between salty and sweet. Nice medium body, creamy texture and slightly carbonated to give a nice fizz. Very good brew overall with a smooth finish, easy drinking and very tasty.

Look: A nice shade of gold with white lacing, this is an east coast beer right? This is what fantastic smells like. Tropical fruits, mango fused with pineapple, hop resin, dank! This tastes like a typical west coast IPA, I am not complaining. Lemon zest, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, resin, enough cracker malt to sweetend the hops. Nice long hop bitter finish. This to me is an Imperial Summer Ale. 7.5% well hidden, medium to light mouthfeel and refreshing. This gets two glasses up.

Poured a hazy gold with a tall creamy off-white head. There was a pine and tangerine aroma. The beer had a slightly silky texture and a predominately pine resin flavor and good bitterness. Towards the middle the bitterness remained, but a nice roasted caramel malt flavor and sweetness mellowed it out some. The pine hops bite and flavor remain well into the finish with the nice underneath malt flavor fading it away slowly. There was a nice amount of sticky lacing throughout the glass as well. Enjoyed this one very much.
