Sampled at the Hawai’i Admission Day tasting. Pours cloudy golden yellow with offwhite head. The aroma is coriander and lemon zest with a little bit of biscuity malt. The flavor is very citrusy with some biscuit notes and a minty balm. Coriander comes through in the finish. Mellow and refreshing. koopa (338) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 26, 2010
Bottle purchased at Capone’s in Norristown PA.
Appearance: More on the orange side of the wheat beer spectrum than on the straw yellow side. A 1 finger off white crown with lush oily bubbles shows good retention and lace.
Smell: Good display of wheat, coriander, lemon zest, orange zest, and grains of paradise.
Taste: Semi tart wheat with a light coriander and grains of paradise addition.
Mouthfeel: Fairly crisp but a touch thin.

Pours hazy gold with white head. Nose is orange zest, hopcitrus, coriander, with the same flavors, pretty smooth, not the most complex but refreshing. jeff789 (1408) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 31, 2010
Good summertime witbier... Golden hazy, big white head... Very traditional wit aroma, dry, not too yeasty/wheaty... would make a good summertime beer... smith4498 (3640) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - MAR 29, 2010
Bottle from a trade with machfive55. Pours hazy pale golden color with white head. Aromas of corriander and oranges. Lots of spice flavor; corriander, clove and orange peel. Seems overdone to me. Watery body with lively carbonation. Thanks Rich.

12 oz. bottle via trade with machfive55 - Pours a hazy orange color with a good size white head. Light lacing. Aroma is yeast and esters. Flavor is lightly sweetened malt, esters, and spice. Light to medium body. A good beer. Thanks Rich. GAManiac (1944) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAR 18, 2010
12oz bottle courtesy of akorsak poured into a pint glass.
This one is a very bright and very hazy golden yellow with a small creamy white head that recedes to a small bubbly cap and collar.
There’s no mistaking the orange peel and coriander in the aroma as they are certainly the most dominant smells. There is a light Belgian yeast spiciness and bready malt in the background.
The taste is more of the same, though my initial taste is of the wheat sweetness. That’s swept away quickly by the big citrus blast with lemons and oranges in the forefront. The finish is half coriander and half citrus bitterness.
The mouthfeel is dry and zesty with moderate carbonation for the style.
It’s a very refreshing and citrus-dominant witbier that’s got some spiciness and very little sweetness. reggiedunlop (3717) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 15, 2010
pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head...nice lacing. aroma has definite citrus and some spice...coriander and also a hint of black pepper. very tangy flavor...citrusy at first but fades to a crisp spice...black pepper at the end. mouthfeel is a touch watery and finish isnt quite flavorful enough for my taste but iverall pretty tasty. Thanks to Rich for the bottle. Poured hazy, almost milky golden with a creamy, well-retained white head. The aroma picked up toasted orange zest, white pepper, and cloves on an unexpectedly-assertive nose (which really worked well here).. the orange really took over with warmth, and soft pale malts supported. The flavor found a weak base of bready malts, again with significant orange zestage and coriander around (and yes.. I picked up this stuff before reading the description).. peppery finish with more of the orange and spices. Light-ish bodied with thick, rolling carbonation to open.. rather watery and weak on the middle.. spicier on the back.. this didn’t flow greatly.. I’d drink this again.
