Hazy, pale golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of coriander, wheat, citrus fruits, and lemon peel. 12oz. Bottle: Aroma of coriander, slight pepper, and slight citrus. Poured yellow in color with a small, white head that disappeared except for around the edges. Hazy. Sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of yeast, coriander, lemon, soap, and some citrus. Light to medium body. Thin, lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Coriander, and slight yeast finish is slightly dry. adrian910ss (2575) - Doylestown, PA, USA - AUG 24, 2009

On tap at Troegs brewery. Hazy light orange with a small white head. Tinge of yeast and hops aroma. Light with a slight spice and mellow wheat texture. afireinside96 (923) - Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 18, 2009
On draft at the brewery. Hazy gold with a thin white head. Lots of coriander in the nose, orange peel, and some dough. The taste was slightly tangy with all of the aforementioned notes from the smell. Not a favorite style of mine this was pretty good though I felt like there was a bit too much coriander.

This is really good. Aromas and flavors of bubble gum. Sounds wierd but it’s very tasty. One of the best America-Belgium wit’s I’ve had in a long time. Hope it becomes a regular offering. machfive55 (358) - Columbia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 14, 2009
Draft in the tasting room, poured cloudy yellow with a good head. The aroma was very belgian with some nice spicey yeast hints. The flavor was fruity with some orange dominance and corriander coming through. Almost no hop character present and I thought the palate was a little lacking. A nice Wit but nothing special. ljay6880 (475) - , Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 14, 2009
12 oz draft served in a clear pint glass. Pour was a cloudy yellow with about two fingers of white head. Nose was yeast, a bit of a rotted vegetables, light hops, and light oranges. Taste was much the same. I wasn’t expecting much from this as I am not into Wit beers. I haven’t tried many, this being my second, but the first one I had was so bad that I have been gun shy to try another. All in all, this is not terrible, but it still is not for me. nice cloudy yellow body, has a slight sweet orange aroma to it, thick fluffy white head, taste is a bit orange/ citrus, a touch of hops, hate to say it but tastes like a slightly better version of blue moon.
