This is really good. Aromas and flavors of bubble gum. Sounds wierd but it’s very tasty. One of the best America-Belgium wit’s I’ve had in a long time. Hope it becomes a regular offering. egajdzis (6830) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 6, 2009
Hazy, pale golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of coriander, wheat, citrus fruits, and lemon peel. Taste of citrus fruits, vanilla, yeast, spicy coriander, orange peel, and a dry finish. SrSilliGose (3324) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - DEC 12, 2009

bottle from a trade pours hazy light orange with a medium white head. Aroma is nice citrus peel and floral notes. Flavor is nice wheat and cereal body with a big citrus finish with some spicing and esters lingering. Really nice wit. Onenote81 (1002) - Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA - MAY 2, 2012
Originally reviewed: 11/10/10. 12oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Pours a very cloudy deep gold with the thinnest of white sheets on top. Disappears quickly, leaves not even a hint of lace or ring on the edge. The nose is tamed down from when fresh I’m sure, but I’m still getting hints of citrus rind, bubblegum, and faint spice. It’s there, just not very bold.
The mouth is still crisp and medium-bodied. Good mild finish. The flavor of this beer has not taken a hit from Father Time. Lots of "still fresh" citrus, mild coriander, old apple, and pear. Very good Wit. I was a little leery going in, as this beer is over a year old, but it has held up very well. Drinkable? Indeed.

12oz bottle. Pours hazy pale golden, topped with a moderate sized white head. Somewhat spicy aroma, with coriander, orange, clove, wheat and vanilla. Flavor begins with a hefty amount of wheat, belgian yeast, and citrus. Spice, notably coriander builds towards the finish. Wheat, bubblegum, and spice hang out for a lengthy finish. Very drinkable and quite refreshing. koopa (338) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 26, 2010
Bottle purchased at Capone’s in Norristown PA.
Appearance: More on the orange side of the wheat beer spectrum than on the straw yellow side. A 1 finger off white crown with lush oily bubbles shows good retention and lace.
Smell: Good display of wheat, coriander, lemon zest, orange zest, and grains of paradise.
Taste: Semi tart wheat with a light coriander and grains of paradise addition.
Mouthfeel: Fairly crisp but a touch thin.
Serving type: bottle

Pours a cloudy golden with a medium bubbly white head. Aroma of corriander, lemon peel and those classic Wit spices. Flavor of the same. Dry and crisp and loaded with Wit character. Find Wits boring to explain but love drinking them.
