A: Pours a very deep charcoal black hue. Nice tall tan head that. Dies quickly but leaves a nice collar which is made up of rather large bubbles. Huge chunks of lace left behind.
S: Nice aromas here. Nice roasted malt, raw cacao, cream, and a touch of brown sugar.
T: Not the flavor I expected here, but that’s not a bad thing. Light roast up front. Hints of bitter dark chocolate, and then boom sweetness. Sweet vanilla, light cream with a sweet Hershey’s Chocolate syrup flavor. I like the the bitter sweet thing they have going here.
M: Medium in body, smooth, slick. TomDecapolis (4636) - Milton, Delaware, USA - FEB 26, 2010

12 oz bottle. Dark brown with a puffy tan head. Smells like a chocolate malted with a shot of coffee. Creamy medium body with a tingle. Taste is cocoa, caramel, vanilla and prune. Finishes with coffee and lime zest. Nicely structured chocolate goodness without being too sweet. I can see this making it into the regular lineup.
