A damn fine beer, I would drink it until my liver gave way. Nothing offensive at all, just beer bliss. Would get again fo sho. So glad i got to try this one, full flavor, light body, minimal sweetness, yeast was fruity, same peach and pear flavors that the belgo old guardian had. really an awesome beer, they need to make it a seasonal release.

Thanks to thirdeye11 for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is Belgian yeast with some citrus notes. The flavor is more of the Belgian yeast with low bitterness and orange citrus. I also get some lighter malts. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

(bottle thanks to thirdeye11) Grassy aroma, lots of hops, fresh cut flowers. Cloudy goldenrod. Vegetal taste. Kinda weird and unexpected. mar (5415) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUL 2, 2010
bottle labeled belgian ipa thanks to thirdeye11. poured yellow with a white head. nose is citrusy hops, yeast, spices, and fruits. nice on the palate, flavor is yeast, spices, and hops in the middle. iowaherkeye (2703) - Ocean Beach, San Diego, California, USA - JUN 30, 2010
12oz bottle from Terry, thanks wavers! Labeled Belgian Style IPA, not #29, so someone correct me if I effed up. Minimally hazy light golden with a 1 1/2 finger white head, good retention. Lemon meringue nose and zest up front, some Belgian yeast and grass clippings behind. Flavor adds some oaky (in a lightly buttery oak kind of way) notes as well as alcohol and some spicy white pepper. Bitterness was earthy and peaked at a 5, and semi-dry. Burped a little mint. Medium body with high prickly carbonation. Very good, and not quite traditional for the untraditional style. pineypower (3317) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - JUN 20, 2010
Pours a cloudy apple juice color with a big, pillowy beige head. Aroma is pine, citrus and light fruit. Taste is pine/grassy hops, citrus, light fruits, yeast and some lingering spicy woodsy notes in there too. Interesting brew. Miver (609) - Silver Spring, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 17, 2010
12 oz bottle. Poured cloudy golden in color with a hefty white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus hops, lemon, and some light cloves. Tastes of lemon citrus, floral hops, lightly fruity esters, pepper, light oak.
