From bottle, blindtasting #10. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Dry malty aroma, somewhat cotton like. Mild spiced and dry hoppy base flavoured, yet with a solid sweet malt base - clearly declining towards the finish. Light malty note. Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of peaches and other fruits as well as medium notes of malt and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, peaches and other fruits, grain, and yeast as well as light notes of milk, leading to a lightly alcoholic finish. The moutfeel is smooth. A: The pour is a very turbid golden orange color with a thin white head forming a ring around the glass.
S: Lots of spice to it and intensely sweet. There’s an almost meaty character to it, too. Fairly decent floral with lots of sugary notes and sort of oxidized.
T: This beer is pretty sweet. Caramel sauce, sugar, brown sugar, and fairly oxidized. There’s some floral and maybe honey notes. Definitely old, but not bad.
M: The body is medium with a moderate level of carbonation.

(KSq07, draft) Cloudy light apple cider body, small white head. Aroma is medium sweet, mango/peach/orange, some spice/funk. Taste is moderately sweet, Belgian yeast, herbal/grassy, some orange, light alcohol. Medium body.

12oz bottle. Poured a lighter and cloudy yellow color with a smaller sized head. Lots of floaters. Aromas of spices, yeast, citrus, and fruity. Tastes of spices (though not as strong or in the forefront as the aromas), vanilla, fruity and had a candi sugar sweetness to it (but not overly sweet). Bottle from Capone’s. Turbid deep goldish canary color with 2-finger off-white head and some floaties. The aroma was floral and spicy, with bready candi sugary malt, Saazy hops, and quite a bit of apricotty and peachy fruit notes. The flavor was on the candi sugary sweet side, even a bit cloying at first, with a lot of candi sugary malts, honey, peach, pear, and mid-palate floral and spicy notes. This is a solidly complex tripel that I enjoyed a lot.
